LKF Amphitheatre

In the early 1900s, Lan Kwai Fong began its urban life being home to street traders. Today, it is one of Hong Kong’s most popular nightlife hot spots with a number of restaurants and bars.

Thanks to Hong Kong’s dominance in Asian cinema, this centre of late-night revelry is so renowned that its official street sign is a popular photography spot amongst locals and tourists. LKF has thus become one of the most important icons in Hong Kong’s tourism industry and is sometimes called a ‘lifestyle brand’.

In recent years, street performing has also taken an important part in Hong Kong’s street culture.
